Claims (15)
1. Peptid koji ima celokupnu dužinu od između lO i 14 aminokiselina koji sadrži sekvencu izabranu iz grupea) sekvenca koja sadrži ID BR. SEKV 2 i b) varijanta ID BR. SEKV 2 koja indukuje unakrsnu reakciju T ćelija sa navedenim peptidom, naznačeno time što je navedena varijanta izabrana iz grupe sekvenci SFNPLWLRI, SFNPLWLRL, SFNPLWLRF, SFNPLWLRL i SFNPLWLRF za upotrebu u medicini.
2.Peptid za upotrebu u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l, koji ima sposobnost da se vezuje za molekul humanog glavnog kompleksa gena tkivne podudarnosti (MHC) klase I.
3.Peptid za upotrebu u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l ili 2, naznačeno time što peptid sadrži nepeptidne veze.
4.Fuzioni protein koji obuhvata peptidnu sekvencu kao deo izabran iz grupe a) sekvence koja se sastoji od ID BR. SEKV 2 i b) varijante ID BR. SEKV 2 izabrane iz grupe sekvenci SFNPLWLRI, SFNPLWLRL, SFNPLWLRF, SFNPLWLRL i SFNPLWLRF, koje konkretno sadrže N-terminalne aminokiseline HLA-DR antigen-asociranog nepromenljivog lanca (Ii).
5.Nukleinska kiselina, koja kodira peptid za upotrebu u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahteva od l do 4, pod uslovom da peptid nije kompletan humani protein, naznačeno time što je navedena nukleinska kiselina poželjno DNK, cDNK, PNK, RNK ili njihova kombinacija, ili vektor ekspresije koji eksprimira navedenu nukelinsku kiselinu.
6.Nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 5 za upotrebu u medicini.

8.Metod za proizvodnju peptida za upotrebu u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahteva od l do 4, pri čemu metod obuhvata kultiviranje ćelije domaćina u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 7, kao i izolaciju peptida iz ćelije domaćina ili medijuma za njeno kultiviranje.
9.In vitro metod za proizvodnju aktiviranih citotoksičnih T limfocita (CTL), metod koji se sastoji od dovođenja u kontakt in vitro CTL sa humanim MHC molekulima klase I sa ubačenim antigenom eksprimiranim na površini prikladne antigen-prezentujuće ćelije u toku vremenskog perioda koji je dovoljan da se navedeni CTL aktiviraju na antigen specifičan način, naznačeno time što je navedeni antigen peptid u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l ili 2.
10. Metod u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 9, naznačeno time što navedena antigen prezentujuća ćelija sadrži vektor ekspresije koji eksprimira navedeni peptid u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l ili 2.
11. Aktivirani citotoksični T limfocit (CTL), proizveden metodom u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 9 ili 10, koji selektivno prepoznaje peptid u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l ili
12.Citotoksični T limfocit (CTL) u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom ll za upotrebu u lečenju malignog tumora, koji ubija ciljne ćelije kod pacijenta, naznačeno time što navedene ciljne ćelije aberantno prezentuju peptid u skladu sa ID BR. SEKV 2.
13.Peptid u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom l ili 2, nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 5, ćelija u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 7, ili aktivirani citotoksični T limfocit u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 12 za primenu u lečenju raka, kao što su, na primer, karcinom želuca, gastrointestinalni, kolorektalni, karcinom pankreasa, pluća ili bubrega.
14.Peptid, nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije, ćelija ili aktivirani citotoksični T limfocit za upotrebu u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 13, naznačeno time što je navedeni Jek vakcina.
15. Neterapijska upotreba peptida koji ima celokupnu dužinu od između 10 14 aminokiselina, koje obuhvataju sekvencu izabranu iz grupe a) sekvence koja sadrži ID BR. SEKV 2 i b) varijante ID BR. SEKV 2 izabrane iz grupe sekvenci SFNPLWLRI, SFNPLWLRL, ' SFNPLWLRF, SFNPLWLRL i SFNPLWLRF za stvaranje i razvoj antitela koja su specifična protiv kompleksa MHC/peptid koji sadrži navedeni peptid.
