Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para determinar uno o varios analitos ligados a célula en una prueba líquida, siendo que este método se lleva a cabo utilizando un dispositivo que comprende: al menos una zona (5) de alimentación para aplicar la prueba líquida; una membrana (2) porosa que es adecuada para la penetración de componentes celulares e incluye sobre la membrana al menos una zona indicadora que puede interactuar con el aflauto ligado a célula y que incluye al menos un elemento de enlace contra el analito ligado a célula; y al menos una región (3) de absorción sobre la membrana que absorbe el líquido después de que el líquido pasó las zonas indicadoras. El mínimo de una zona indicadora se encuentra entre la zona (5) de alimentación y la región (3) de absorción. El método se lleva a cabo para concentrar y cuantificar la población celular menor en poblaciones celulares heterogéneas, por ejemplo en los casos de hemorragia feto-maternal o en quimera, detectar un analito que se proporciona en una baja concentración celular, determinar el valor de hematocrito y/o determinar en paralelo analitos ligados a células en reacciones de campo mixto.
