Abstract
Un detector de vibración (1) que comprende por la escavadora separada 26 mm (3 mm grosor)o menos un sensor de fibra óptica (2) acoplado mecánicamente a un miembro de soporte flexible (3). El detector de vibración (1) se monta en el exterior de la tubería y una señal del sensor de fibra óptica se mide. Esta señal indica si el detector de vibración experimenta vibraciones debido a las colisiones de partículas contaminantes entre ellas y/o con las paredes de la tubería. También se provee un método para detectar contaminantes en partículas en un fluido que fluye en una línea d tubería.
