Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un freno de disco accionable neumática o electromecánicamente, en particular para un vehículo industrial, comprendiendo a) una pinza de freno que se extiende encima del disco de freno, b) un dispositivo de aplicación dispuesto en la pinza de freno y comprendiendo una palanca de freno para prensar guarniciones de freno contra el disco de freno, c) dos husillos de accionamiento dispuestos en paralelo y a una distancia uno del otro, pudiendo moverse los husillos de accionamiento axialmente por medio del dispositivo de aplicación, d) un dispositivo de ajuste (3) que está posicionado en la pinza de freno, que puede ser accionado por la palanca de freno, que comprende un elemento de accionamiento central y que está dispuesto entre los husillos de accionamiento y que está, por lo tanto, conectado funcionalmente por medio de una transmisión; dispositivo de ajuste por medio del cual puede compensarse esencialmente un cambio del juego debido al desgaste entre la guarnición de freno y el disco de freno usando un movimiento axial de los husillos de accionamiento, e) estando el elemento (7) de accionamiento conectado con un husillo (10) de accionamiento por medio de un acoplamiento de rampa de bola (12), y comprendiendo el acoplamiento de rampa de bola (12) un disco de accionamiento (9) que engrana con el elemento de accionamiento (7) y un anillo de acoplamiento (10), estando conectado a disco de accionamiento y anillo de acoplamiento respectivamente un extremo de un resorte de torsión; estando el disco de freno configurado de manera que el resorte de torsión está configurado como resorte helicoidal (13).
