Abstract
La presente descripción proporciona procesos para producir pigmento orgánico. En modalidades, se usan alquil o alquil éter sulfatos en un proceso de producción de pigmento orgánico sin solvente como tensioactivos para proporcionar una carga de partícula original más alta sin afectar de manera adversa el tamaño de partícula, el control de distribución y circularidad de las partículas de pigmento orgánico. La presente descripción también proporciona una formulación de un proceso novedoso para la emulsificación de resinas de poliéster para formar partículas a escala nano dispersas en agua (látex) sin el uso de solventes orgánicos por el proceso de extrusión.
