Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para dispersar una suspensión con al menos un gas, que comprende una boquilla de dispersión, que comprende sucesivamente, visto en el sentido de flujo de la suspensión: - una boquilla de suspensión que se estrecha en el sentido de flujo; - una cámara de mezcla, en la que desemboca la boquilla de suspensión; - un tubo de mezcla que se conecta a la cámara de mezcla, que se estrecha en el sentido de flujo, y - al menos un conducto de alimentación de gas para alimentar al menos un gas a la cámara de mezcla, la boquilla de suspensión comprende al menos un número N =3 de canales de gas conectados al menos a un conducto de alimentación de gas, que desembocan en un lado frontal de la boquilla de suspensión dirigido a la cámara de mezcla. El 'dispositivo presenta además un número A de válvulas de gas, siendo N = A, estando asociada a uno cualquiera de los al menos N canales de gas respectivamente una válvula de regulación de gas para la dosificación de una cantidad de gas del gas alimentado a la suspensión a través del respectivo canal de gas. La invención se refiere además a una máquina de flotación que tiene un dispositivo de este tipo y a un método para operar el dispositivo y la máquina de flotación.
