Abstract

Construcción tipo sándwich para aplicaciones de automoción que consiste de un núcleo de panal (2) cubierto en ambos lados con una capa de piel (1a, 1b) donde cada una de las capas de piel consiste en una banda de filamentos de dos componentes de poliéster hilados por fusión (4) colocados al azar, que se solapa cruzada (6, 7) y se perfora (8) para formar una estera no tejida (9) y que se comprime durante el moldeo de la construcción tipo sándwich para formar una capa de piel compacta con filamentos unidos, que se une al núcleo.
