Abstract
Un método de funcionamiento de un hidrociclón que comprende una cámara de separación que está dispuesta, en uso, para generar un núcleo de aire interno para afectar a un proceso de separación de material, que comprende medir tanto un parámetro de vibración de la cámara de separación como también un parámetro de estabilidad del núcleo de aire interno durante el funcionamiento del hidrociclón. Las mediciones se comparan con parámetros correspondientes previamente definidos que son indicativos de un funcionamiento estable del hidrociclón y un parámetro operativo del hidrociclón es ajustado en función de la comparación.
