Abstract
Se describe un método para despolimerizar material plástico (1), más particularmente desechos de plástico pre- y post-consumidor, por medio de introducción de calor, en donde el material plástico (1) es fundido para formar un fundido de plástico y es desgasificado antes de ser pasado a un reactor de despolimerización (3), el fundido de plástico es mezclado con un solvente (6) que comprende una fracción obtenida del petróleo crudo, con lo cual se disminuye la vicosidad de la solución del fundido de plástico suministrada al reactor de despolimerización (3) con relación a la viscosidad del fundido de plástico.
