Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para recuperar y purificar lipasa estimulada con sal biliar (BSSL) en una solución que contiene impurezas, dicho procedimiento comprende los pasos: (i) aplicar BSSL a una resina de cromatografía de interacción hidrófoba (HIC); (ii) eliminar las impurezas al lavar dicha resina de HIC con una composición de lavado que tiene un pH en la escala de 4 a 5; y (iii) recuperar la BSSL de dicha resina de HIC.
