Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a nuevas mezclas de polioles, a un proceso para la preparación de espumas con muy baja resistencia al flujo de aire a partir de ciertas mezclas de polioles y a las espumas resultantes. Las mezclas de polioles comprenden uno o más poliéteres monofuncionales que tienen un índice de hidroxilo inferior a 28; uno o más poliéter polioles que tienen un índice de hidroxilo de 20 a 240 y que contiene al menos el 50 % de oxietileno copolimerizado; uno o más poliéter polioles que tienen un índice de hidroxilo entre 47 y 300 y que contiene del 5 al 40 % de oxietileno copolimerizado, y opcionalmente, uno o más poliéter polioles que tienen un índice de hidroxilo entre 10 y 45. Este proceso de la invención comprende la reacción de uno o más poliisocianatos, con un componente reactivo con el isocianato que comprende una mezcla específica de poliol, en presencia de al menos un catalizador, al menos un tensioactivo y al menos un agente de expansión.
