Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un aparato de detección (30) para determinar el estado del tejido. El aparato de detección (30) comprende una unidad de suministro de espectro de fluorescencia (2, 3) para proporcionar un espectro de fluorescencia del tejido, una unidad de diferenciación (4) para generar una derivada del espectro de fluorescencia y una unidad de determinación de estado de tejido (5) para determinar el estado del tejido a partir de la derivada. Esto permite determinar el estado del tejido, incluso si las características, las cuales se relacionan con el estado del tejido, son solo difícilmente visibles o no son visibles de modo alguno en el espectro de fluorescencia. Por lo tanto se puede mejorar la confiabilidad de determinación del estado del tejido, por ejemplo si el tejido está canceroso o no.
