Abstract

Se proporcionan un sistema, medio de almacenamiento legible por ordenador y procedimiento de predicción de la inmunogenicidad de un péptido. En ciertos casos el sistema incluye: a) un modelo de un péptido, un modelo de una proteína del MHCII y un modelo de un receptor de linfocitos T; y b) un programa ejecutable para: (i) evaluar la intensidad de las interacciones intermoleculares de un complejo que contiene el péptido, la proteína del MHCII y el receptor de linfocitos T para proporcionar una puntuación que predice la inmunogenicidad del péptido; y (ii) generar la puntuación.
