Abstract
Se proporciona un separador de sólido-líquido con el uso de un ciclo de cambio de estado de una sustancia A capaz de disolver agua y aceite, lo que reduce la frecuencia de mantenimiento y facilita el control de una cantidad de carga de la sustancia A en el ciclo. El separador de sólido-líquido que utiliza la sustancia A capaz de disolver agua y aciete y realiza la deshidratación y el desaceitado de un objeto a ser tratado al hacer que una mezcla de agua y un sólido, aceite y un sólido, o agua, aceite y un sólido que es un objeto a ser tratado, y la sustancia A en un estado líquido entren en contacto entre sí, y posteriormente evaporando la sustancia A, incluye una sustancia B que circula al mismo tiempo que provoca el cambio de estado en un sistema cerrado, un compresor que comprime la sustancia B, un primer intercambiador de calor que intercambia el calor de condensación de la sustancia B y calor de evaporación de la sustancia A, una válvula de expansión que descomprime la sustancia B que está condensada, un segundo intercambiador de calor que intercambia el calor de evaporación de la sustancia B y calor de condensación de la sustancia A, un tanque de tratamiento en el que la sustancia líquida A que es condensada en el segundo intercambiador de calor después de que la sustancia A se evapora al mismo tiempo que se separa del agua o el aceite en el primer intercambiador de calor y el objeto a tratar se mezclan, y una bomba que está instalada en una tubería en la que la sustancia A está presente.
