Abstract
Esta herramienta sinterizada de nitruro de boro de superficie-revestida es proporcionada con un sólido sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico y una película de revestimiento (100) que es formada en el sólido sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico. La película de revestimiento (100) comprende una capa A (10) y una capa C (30). La capa A (10) es configurada de Ti1-xaMaxaC1-yaNya (en donde Ma está compuesta de uno o más elementos seleccionados de entre Cr, Nb y W; xa satisface 0 = xa = 0.7; y ya satisface 0 = ya = 1) . La capa C (30) es configurada de Al1-(xc+yc) CrxcMCycN (en donde Mc está compuesta de uno o más elementos seleccionados de entre Ti, V y Si; xc satisface 0.2 = xc = 0.8; yc satisface 0 = yc = 0.6; y (xc + yc) satisface 0.2 = (xc + yc) = 0.8). La capa A (10) es formada como la superficie más exterior (S1) de la película de revestimiento (100) o es formada entre la superficie más exterior (S1) de la película de revestimiento (100) y la capa C (30). La distancia (d) entre la superficie más exterior (S1) de la película de revestimiento (100) y la superficie superior (S2) de la capa C (30) es de 0.1 µm a 1.0 µm (inclusive).
