Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una esfera elastomérica de poliuretano termoplástico, expandido, extruido, y un método de preparación para la misma. La esfera consiste de componentes de las siguientes partes en peso: 100 partes en peso de un elastómero de poliuretano termoplástico, 0.01 a 0.5 partes de un agente de nucleación de formación de espuma, 0.01 a 0.2 partes en peso de un antioxidante. El método de preparación comprende: mezclar los materiales, luego colocar la mezcla dentro de un extrusor para la granulación, para producir una materia prima en partículas adecuada para la formación de espuma, finalmente, colocar la partícula dentro de un extrusor de espuma, y formando la espuma por matriz y luego la peletización subacuática, obteniendo de este modo un producto en esferas. La presente invención utiliza un método de extrusión para preparar las esferas de poliuretano termoplástico expandido. El control de las condiciones de trabajo del proceso de formación de espuma podría conducir a la adquisición de una esfera expandida de una densidad controlable, con densidad de celda uniformemente distribuida. El proceso de producción general es fácil de operar. Sin ningún límite o requerimiento especial colocado sobre el equipo, este método es adecuado para la producción industrial continua.
