Abstract
La presente invención, en algunas de sus formas de realización, se refiere a procedimientos para aumentar la aptitud de las plantas infectadas por patógenos y más particularmente, pero no exclusivamente, a procedimientos de uso de interferencia por ARN para la modulación de la expresión del gen de respuesta de resistencia a patógenos. En particular, la presente invención proporciona composiciones y procedimientos de mejorar la aptitud de la planta huésped y el rendimiento y la calidad de los frutos después de la infección con Candidatus Liberibacter spp y específicamente, la infección con Candidatus Liberibacter spp en las plantas y árboles cítricos, como en Huang Long Bing.
