Abstract
Se proporciona un engrane dentado externamente de un engranaje de ondas de tensión tipo dual con unos primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) que tienen diferente número de dientes. Los primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) son flexionados por un generador de ondas mediante la misma cantidad de flexión, en una forma elipsoidal. El ángulo de presión promedio (a1) de las secciones de la superficie principal del diente de los perfiles del diente (70) de los primeros dientes externos (7) que tienen un menor número de dientes es menos agudo que el ángulo de presión promedio (a2) de las secciones de la superficie principal del diente de los perfiles del diente (80) de los segundos dientes externos (8) que tienen mayor número de dientes. Por lo tanto, se puede lograr un engranaje de ondas de tensión tipo dual con el que los primeros y segundos dientes externos tienen diferente número de dientes pueden ser flexionados para formar excelentes estados de engranaje con los respectivos engranes dentados internamente.
