Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan las composiciones, los métodos y usos que incluyen moléculas de unión biespecíficas que se unen específicamente a HER2, un receptor tirosina cinasa, y a CD3, un receptor de células T, y median la citotoxicidad de las células T para manejar y tratar trastornos, como puede ser el cáncer.
