Abstract
El proceso se relaciona con la fabricación de una pluralidad de acristalamientos (26) de conformación compleja a partir de una hoja rectangular de vidrio (8) flotante de grandes dimensiones. El proceso comprende: - en una primera estación (2) para cortar la hoja (8) de vidrio, una etapa para ranurar al menos una línea (4) de corte que corresponde con al menos un borde de los acristalamientos (26) listo para conformarse; - una primera etapa (14A, 14B, 14C) de rompimiento; - en una segunda estación de corte, una etapa para ranurar al menos una línea de corte que corresponde con al menos un borde de los acristalamientos (26) listo para conformarse; - una segunda etapa de rompimiento.
