Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un proceso de pirólisis rápida catalítica mejorado que comprende los pasos de: a) alimentar la biomasa, composición de catalizador específico y fluido de transporte hacia un reactor de lecho fluidizado de proceso de pirólisis rápida catalítica mantenido en condiciones de reacción para la fabricación de una corriente de producto líquido crudo, b) alimentar la corriente de producto líquido crudo del paso a) hacia un sistema de separación y agotamiento de catalizador para producir el catalizador separado y una corriente de producto líquido, c) alimentar la corriente de producto líquido del paso b) hacia un sistema de separación de vapor/líquido para producir una corriente de fase líquida y una corriente de fase de vapor que comprende benceno, tolueno y xilenos, d) alimentar la corriente de fase de vapor del paso c) hacia un sistema de recuperación de producto para recuperar benceno, tolueno y xilenos, y e) reciclar por lo menos una porción del tolueno recuperado del paso d) hacia el reactor de lecho fluidizado del paso a).
