Abstract
Se describe un módulo elemental de núcleo magnético de transformador eléctrico del tipo enrollado o bobinado, caracterizado porque está compuesto de un primero (1; 2) y un segundo (3; 4) enrollamientos superpuestos, realizados respectivamente de un primero y de un segundo materiales, el primer material es un material cristalino para imantación hasta saturación (Js) superior o igual a 1.5 T, de preferencia superior o igual a 2.0 T, mejor aún superior o igual a 2.2 T, y pérdidas magnéticas inferiores a 20 W/kg en ondas sinusoidales de frecuencia 400 Hz, para una inducción máxima de 1 T, de preferencia inferiores a 15 W/kg, de preferencia inferiores a 10W/kg y el segundo material es un material de magneto-estricción aparente hasta saturación (?sat) inferior o igual a 5 ppm, de preferencia inferior o igual a 3 ppm, mejor aún inferior o igual a 1 ppm, y pérdidas magnéticas inferiores a 20 W/kg en ondas sinusoidales de frecuencia de 400 Hz, para una inducción máxima de 1 T, de preferencia inferiores a 15 W/kg, de preferencia inferiores a 10 W/kg, las secciones (S1; S2) del primer enrollamiento (1; 2) y (S3 S4) del segundo enrollamiento (3; 4) son tales que la relación (S1/ (S1 + S3); S2/ (S2 + S4)) de cada sección del primer material para alta imantación hasta la saturación (Js) comparativamente a la sección del conjunto de los dos materiales del módulo elemental, está comprendido entre 2 y 50%, de preferencia entre 4 y 40%. Núcleo magnético de transformador eléctrico, que incluye al menos un módulo elemental, su proceso de fabricación, y transformador que lo incluye.
