Abstract
Se describe un modelo de regresión de genoma completo multinivel Bayesiano y su comportamiento de predicción en comparación con el del modelo BayesA popular aplicado a cada una de las poblaciones por separado (no agrupación) y al conjunto de datos reunidos (agrupación completa) . Para poblaciones de pequeño tamaño (p. ej., < 50), la agrupación parcial incrementó la precisión de predicción frente a la no agrupación o a la agrupación completa para poblaciones representadas en el conjunto de estimación. La agrupación parcial con modelos multinivel puede hacer un uso óptimo de información en conjuntos de estimación multipoblación.
