Abstract
Se describe una tira de prueba que comprende una capa base, la capa base tiene un ánodo de hematocrito opcional configurado para determinar un valor correspondiente a un nivel de hematocrito de una muestra de fluido, en donde el ánodo de hematocrito puede ser recubierto con un reactivo, un ánodo de interferencia configurado para determinar un valor correspondiente a una medición de una interferencia provocada por una o más sustancias oxidables en el fluido de muestra, en donde el electrodo del ánodo de interferencia incluye un reactivo de interferencia sobre su superficie, un ánodo de glucosa, el ánodo de glucosa está configurado para determinar un nivel de glucosa en la muestra de fluido, en donde el ánodo de glucosa es cubierto con un reactivo que comprende un mediador y una enzima específica del analito, y uno o más cátodos en una relación cooperativa con el ánodo de hematocrito, el ánodo de interferencia y el ánodo de glucosa, para medir el nivel de hematocrito, la interferencia y el nivel de glucosa.
