Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para tratar cosméticamente puntos negros sobre la piel, en donde el método se destina a eliminar al menos uno de los puntos negros localizados en una región de la mano, la cara, las extremidades o la zona del pecho de una persona que padece de esta hiper-pigmentación cutánea, caracterizado porque el método incluye un paso de aplicar un rocío de fluido criogénico a la región, que lleva la temperatura de la piel a una temperatura entre -4°C y -15°C durante un periodo de aplicación continua de 2 a 10 segundos, para actuar selectivamente sobre los melanocitos, y con un dispositivo para llevar a cabo el método.
