Abstract

Se describen una lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia y un método para producir la misma, la lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia incluyendo una composición química que contiene, en % masa, C: 0.15% o más y 0.25% o menos, Si: 0.50% o más y 2.5% o menos, Mn: 2.3% o más y 4.0% o menos, P: 0.100% o menos, S: 0.02% o menos, Al: 0.01% o más y 2.5% o menos, y el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables; y una microestructura de lámina de acero que contiene, por una base de porcentaje de área, una fase de martensita templada: 30% o más y 73% o menos, una fase de ferrita: 25% o más y 68% o menos, una fase de austenita retenida: 2% o más y 20% o menos, y otras fases: 10% o menos (incluyendo 0%), las otras fases que contienen una fase de martensita: 3% o menos (incluyendo 0%) y una fase de ferrita bainítica: menor que 5% (incluyendo 0%), la fase de martensita templada que tiene un tamaño promedio de grano de 8 µm o menos, y la fase de austenita retenida que tiene un contenido C menor que 0.7 en % masa.
