Abstract
Un método y un dispositivo para extraer el polvo de un gas residual y un agente extractor de polvo que se usa en el método. Se introduce un gas residual que contiene polvo (1) y un agente orgánico extractor de polvo (4) en una torre de extracción de polvo (3), respectivamente, y se ponen en contacto entre sí en la torre; por lo menos una parte del vapor de agua en el gas residual que contiene polvo (1) está condensado y el agente orgánico extractor de polvo (4) y el agua condensada adsorben las partículas sólidas, los contaminantes ácidos, los contaminantes orgánicos y/o los compuestos de metales pesados en el gas residual que contiene polvo; y el gas purificado resultante (2) se descarga o se somete a un proceso subsiguiente. El agente orgánico extractor de polvo (4) comprende una composición de solvente orgánico no tóxica y con alto punto de ebullición, en donde dos o más se seleccionan de aceite de cocina, aceite de silicona, aceite de silicona modificado, aceita asfáltico en estado líquido, aceite de semilla del árbol de tung, aceite de cera de parafina en estado líquido, aceite mineral, aceite de palma y aceite de cocina de desecho.
