Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso integrado, adecuado para uso en una planta nueva o reacondicionada, para producir una olefina o di-olefina a través de la deshidrogenación de una alimentación de hidrocarburos de C3-C4 apropiado que incluye (1) poner en contacto la alimentación y un catalizador de deshidrogenación que tiene una clasificación de Geldart A o Geldart B en un lecho fluidizado a una temperatura desde 550°C a 760°C y una presión desde aproximadamente 41.4 a aproximadamente 308.2 kPa (aproximadamente 6.0 a aproximadamente 44.7 psia) y una relación de catalizador a alimentación, p/p, desde 5 a 100 para formar un producto deshidrogenado; separar el producto deshidrogenado y mezcla de alimentación de partida sin reaccionar de una porción del catalizador por medio de un sistema de separación ciclónica; reactivar el catalizador en un regenerador fluidizado por combustión a 660° C a 850°C, seguido por contacto con un fluido que contiene oxígeno a 660°C o mayor, y retornar el catalizador al reactor de deshidrogenación; (2) comprimir la mezcla de productos para formar una mezcla de productos comprimida; y (3) fraccionar la mezcla de productos comprimida para formar una corriente de productos que incluye al menos la olefina o di-olefina objetivo. El proceso integrado ofrece una capacidad de la planta, aumentada, economía mejorada, y efecto ambiental reducido en comparación con otros procesos conocidos y convencionales.
