Abstract
Se divulga un método para tratar una formación subterránea con baja permeabilidad para aumentar la producción total de petróleo a partir de la formación. El método puede incluir proporcionar un primer fluido en dos o más fracturas que provienen desde un primer pozo. Puede proporcionarse el primer fluido a una presión por debajo de la presión de fractura de la formación. El primer fluido puede aumentar una presión en zonas que rodean sustancialmente una primera fractura y una segunda fractura que proviene desde el primer pozo. Una zona que tiene una presión más baja puede estar ubicada entre estas zonas.
