Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de fondo de perforación para descargar un líquido de un pozo en un espacio anular entre un entubado intermedio y una estructura tubular metálica de producción. El sistema de fondo de perforación comprende el entubado intermedio; una bomba en una parte superior del pozo, configurada para presurizar el espacio anular para desplazar el líquido en el espacio anular; la estructura tubular metálica de producción tiene un primer diámetro interno, dispuesta parcialmente en el entubado intermedio, definiendo así un espacio anular; un obturador de producción dispuesto entre el entubado intermedio y la estructura tubular metálica de producción, y un primer montaje de descarga de líquido y un segundo montaje de descarga de líquido, cada uno comprende una parte tubular con una pared que tiene un segundo diámetro interno, una cara externa y una abertura, la parte tubular está configurada para montarse como parte de la estructura tubular metálica de producción; y una válvula de retención conectada con la cara externa, la válvula de retención tiene una entrada en comunicación fluida con el espacio anular y una salida en comunicación fluida con la abertura. El sistema de fondo de perforación adicionalmente comprende una manga deslizante dispuesta para deslizarse a lo largo de una cara interna de la parte tubular entre una posición abierta y una posición cerrada para abrir o cerrar la abertura. Adicionalmente, la presente invención se relaciona con un método de descarga de líquido para descargar un líquido de un pozo en un espacio anular entre un entubado intermedio y una estructura tubular metálica de producción.
