Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de manufacturación de aditivo de sinterización selectivo que comprende emplear un polvo que comprende partículas compuestas que comprenden un primer polímero termoplástico y un segundo polímero termoplástico intercalado entre sí. En una modalidad particular, el primer polímero termoplástico y segundo polímero termoplástico tienen diferente absorbancia de la irradiación usada para sinterizar las partículas cuando se realiza el método de manufacturación de aditivo. El primero y segundo polímero termoplástico pueden ser continuamente intercalados dentro de las partículas o uno de los polímeros puede ser discontinuamente disperso en una matriz continua del otro polímero.
