Abstract
The present disclosure is related to a drink based on oatmeal and amaranth flavored with natural vanilla extract that was proposed as a new alternative consisting of a healthy drink, which also improves digestion and provides nutrients. In the process used to obtain the drink, the oats and amaranth grains undergo a maceration process to continue grinding, then a filtering process and for the formulation, ingredients are mixed together with the addition of the flavoring and the sweetener.
