Abstract

Métodos y aparatos para codificar y decodificar información de modo y dispositivo electrónico; el método para codificar incluye: determinar un modo de unidad de transformación uniforme adoptado por una unidad de codificación de una imagen; determinar uno o más bits binarios a los que corresponde el modo de unidad de transformación uniforme de conformidad con un tamaño de la unidad de codificación y/o un número predeterminado de modos de unidad de transformación uniforme; y codificar los bits binarios a los que corresponde el modo de unidad de transformación uniforme en un tren de bits de la imagen. Por lo tanto, no solo se puede codificar y decodificar información de modo de unidad de transformación uniforme, sino que también se pueden reducir los costos de los bits de codificación.
