Abstract

Un dispositivo y método para rejuvenecer la piel incluye una fuente de alimentación de energía adaptada para generar un voltaje y un aplicador. El aplicador incluye un primer nodo y un segundo nodo, en donde el primer nodo está adaptado para ser configurable entre un electrodo positivo o aislado eléctricamente de la fuente de alimentación, y en donde el segundo nodo está adaptado para ser configurable entre un electrodo negativo o aislado eléctricamente de la fuente de alimentación. La fuente de alimentación proporciona una corriente a través del primer nodo cuando el primer nodo está configurado como el electrodo positivo y la corriente regresa a la fuente de alimentación a través del segundo nodo cuando el segundo nodo está configurado para ser el electrodo negativo.
