Abstract
Se revela un proceso de moldeo por inyección para producir al menos un ventilador con un cubo de ventilador (14) y un aro de ventilador (4) conectado con el cubo de ventilador (14) por vía de al menos dos aspas de ventilador (10), siendo que se proporciona un molde para fundición inyectada (3) con al menos una cavidad (12) para un cubo de ventilador (14), con la menos una cavidad para un aro de ventilador (4) y con al menos dos cavidades (8) para al menos dos aspas de ventilador (10), se proporciona un material al menos monofásico, el material al menos monofásico se licua y el material al menos monofásico se inyecta en el molde para fundición inyectada por vía de al menos una boquilla, siendo que en la región entre aspas de ventilador (10) adyacentes se evita o elimina al menos una costura de unión (16) dispuesta en la región de la al menos una cavidad (2) para el aro de ventilador (4).
