Abstract
Se proporciona un método de decodificación de vídeo que comprende los pasos siguientes: obtener los candidatos de un grupo de parámetros afines de un bloque actual con base en si los bloques adyacentes del bloque actual están decodificados; determinar un grupo de parámetros afines, del bloque actual, entre los candidatos del grupo de parámetros afines de acuerdo con la información de los parámetros afines del bloque actual; y restaurar el bloque actual sobre la base de uno o más parámetros afines comprendidos en el grupo de parámetros afines.
