Abstract
De acuerdo con un aspecto, un UE en una configuración de portador dividido de enlace ascendente está configurado para transmitir PDUs por una primera entidad de RLC a través de una primera trayectoria de transmisión de enlace ascendente y/o por una segunda entidad de RLC a través de una segunda trayectoria de transmisión de enlace ascendente. El UE determina una cantidad total de volumen de datos a partir del volumen de datos de PDCP y el volumen de datos de RLC pendiente de transmisión inicial en las dos entidades de RLC. El UE decide si se permite el envío del volumen de datos de PDCP a cualquiera de las dos entidades de RLC o solo a la primera entidad de RLC, en función de si la cantidad total de volumen de datos cumple o supera un primer umbral. El UE también notifica el volumen de datos de PDCP a la primera y segunda trayectorias de transmisión de enlace ascendente o solo a la primera trayectoria de transmisión de enlace ascendente, en función de si la cantidad total de volumen de datos cumple o supera un primer umbral.
