Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a fusiones con transtiretina (TTR) útiles en la dimerización y tetramerización de anticuerpos y fragmentos de anticuerpos, tales como Fab. Las proteínas de fusión con TTR son particularmente útiles para aumentar la avidez del anticuerpo y para potenciar el agrupamiento de antígeno.
