Abstract
Método para producir una hoja de acero prerrecubierta (1) que comprende: - proporcionar una cinta de acero prerrecubierta que comprende un sustrato de acero (3) que tiene, en al menos una de sus caras principales, un prerrecubrimiento que comprende una capa de aleación intermetálica y una capa de aleación metálica, siendo la capa de aleación metálica una capa de aluminio, una capa de aleación de aluminio o una capa de aleación base aluminio, - cortar con láser dicha cinta de acero prerrecubierta para obtener al menos una hoja de acero prerrecubierta (1) que comprende una superficie de borde de corte (13) resultante de la operación de corte, la superficie de borde de corte (13) que comprende una región de sustrato (14) y la región de prerrecubrimiento (15) y el espesor de la hoja de acero prerrecubierta (1) está comprendido entre 0.8 mm y 5 mm. El corte por láser se lleva a cabo de tal manera que resulta directamente en una zona mejorada en corrosión (19) de la superficie de borde de corte (13). La fracción superficial de aluminio en la región del sustrato (14) de la zona mejorada en corrosión (19) es mayor o igual al 9 % y la fracción superficial de aluminio en la mitad inferior de la región del sustrato (14) de la zona mejorada en corrosión (19) es mayor o igual a 0.5%.
