Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una chapa de acero inoxidable ferrítico la cual tiene una tenacidad más excelente y excelente resistencia a la corrosión y un método para fabricar la misma. Una chapa de acero inoxidable ferrítico tiene una composición que contiene C: de 0.001 a 0.020%, Si: de 0.05 a 0.35%, Mn: de 0.05 a 1.00%, P: 0.04% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos, Al: de 0.001 a 0.300%, Cr: de 10.0 a 13.0%, Ni: de 0.75 a 1.50%, Ti: de 0.05 a 0.35% y N: de 0.001 a 0.020%, con el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, en el cual ?I [%] representada por la fórmula (1) más adelante es 65% o más y una estructura metálica tiene un tamaño promedio de grano de cristal de 45 µm o menos: 10 ?I [%] = 24Ni + 12Mn + 6Cu - 18Si - 12Cr - 12Mo + 188 (1), donde Ni, Mn, Cu, Si, Cr y Mo representan el contenido de los elementos respectivos (porcentaje en masa) y un elemento no contenido representa 0. La chapa de acero inoxidable ferrítico se fabrica sometiendo una losa de acero que tiene la composición para laminación en caliente y efectuando el recocido de la chapa laminada en caliente de 750 a 1,050°C.
