Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de producción de espumas de alta temperatura, tales como las utilizadas en la construcción de aeroplanos, barcos y ferrocarriles y otros vehículos, en particular procesadas adicionalmente como materiales intercalados uniendo con dos capas exteriores. Para este fin se proporciona un proceso novedoso para la producción de espumas de alta temperatura (espumas HT) que son particularmente adecuadas para producir tales componentes intercalados para la construcción de peso ligero. Este proceso logra una mejora en la procesabilidad de las espumas HT producidas de acuerdo con la invención y una reducción de peso de los materiales intercalados. Las espumas HT son además espumas de partículas rígidas que son notablemente más económicas de producir que las espumas de bloque rígido. En particular, la presente invención produce una reducción en absorción de resina en procesos compuestos de fibra mediante una optimización relacionada con el proceso de la constitución de la superficie.
