Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un tapón de abandono apto para taponar y abandonar un pozo, dicho tapón de abandono comprende una primera parte de extremo que se puede cerrar o está cerrada, una segunda parte de extremo que es tubular y tiene una ranura en una cara interior, una manga metálica expandible dispuesta entre las partes de extremo, las partes de extremo son más rígidas que la manga metálica expandible, y una unidad conectada de manera liberable con la segunda parte de extremo tubular, la unidad comprende por lo menos un elemento de sujeción extensible en sentido radial, una manga de unidad y un pistón que puede moverse en la manga de unidad para, en una primera posición, empujar el elemento de sujeción extensible en sentido radial y, en una segunda posición, quedar desviado con respecto al elemento de sujeción extensible en sentido radial, lo cual permite que el elemento de sujeción extensible en sentido radial se mueva de manera radial hacia adentro. Además, la presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de taponamiento y abandono que comprende el tapón de abandono acorde con la presente invención.
