Abstract
La invención trata de una hoja de acero laminada en frío y tratada térmicamente, hecha de un acero que tiene una composición que comprende, en porcentaje en peso: C: 0.03 a 0.25 % Mn: 3.5 a 8 % Si: 0.1 a 2.0 % Al: 0.03 a 2.0 % T i< 0.080 % Nb = 0.080 % V < 0.2 % V + Ti + Nb > 0.01 % S = 0.010 % P = 0.020 % N = 0.008 % y que comprende opcionalmente uno o más de los siguientes elementos, en porcentaje en peso: Mo: 0.1 a 0.5 % C: 0.01 a 1 % B: 0.0005 a 0.004 % el resto de la composición es hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la fundición, dicha hoja de acero laminada en frío que tiene una microestructura que consta de, en fracción de superficie: - entre el 10 % y el 30 % de austenita retenida, dicha austenita retenida estando presente como películas que tienen una relación de aspecto de al menos 3 y como islas de martensita austenita, menos del 8 % de tales islas de martensita austenita tienen un tamaño por encima de 0.5 µm, - máximo el 10 % de martensita fresca y - martensita recuperada que contiene precipitados de al menos un elemento elegido entre niobio, titanio y vanadio. También trata de un método de fabricación de la misma.
