Abstract
Una proteína vNAR aislada, que comprende: un CDR1 que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del siguiente grupo: SEQ. ID. NO. 1, SEQ. ID. NO. 5, o sus variantes sustancialmente similares a ellas; y un CDR3 que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del siguiente grupo: SEQ. ID. NO. 2, SEQ. ID NO. 6, o sus variantes sustancialmente similares a ellas. Una composición que reconoce el blanco o biomarcador de la subunidad beta de la hemoglobina glicada humana, que comprende: al menos, una proteína vNAR de conformidad con la presente invención. Un método ex vivo para el reconocimiento del blanco o biomarcador de la subunidad beta de la hemoglobina glicada humana, que comprende: proveer una muestra de sangre de un paciente sospechoso de diabetes; contactar la muestra de sangre con la composición de la presente invención; y detectar la presencia de hemoglobina glicada.
