Abstract

Los tamices vibratorios (PV) tienen un piso de tamiz (11), dos paredes laterales (12) y un vibrador mecánico (VM) que comprende dos ejes (20), que giran con la misma rotación, en direcciones opuestas y cada uno tiene sus porciones extremas (20a) llevan un peso excéntrico (30) y se apoyan en mancales (21) apoyados en las paredes laterales (12) del tamiz vibratorio (PV). Los ejes (20) tienen sus porciones extremas (20a), adyacentes entre sí, soportadas sobre mancales (40) montados en la misma caja de mancales (50) fijados en vigas (13), transversales y con extremos opuestos fijados en las paredes laterales (12) del tamiz vibratorio (PV). Cada porción extrema (20a de un eje (20) lleva un peso excéntrico (30) con una masa total diferente de la de los pesos excéntricos (30) de las porciones extremas del otro eje (20), dichos ejes (20) rotan en fases determinadas, definiendo la inclinación del eje mayor de un movimiento elíptico impreso en el piso de tamiz (11).
