Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una plantilla de espuma de PU, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (1) verter las materias primas usadas para formar una espuma de PU en un molde, hacerlas reaccionar para obtener una lámina de PU, en donde la altura de la cavidad del molde es de alrededor de 1.0 a alrededor de 1.6 veces, preferentemente de alrededor de 1.1 a alrededor de 1.4 veces, con mayor preferencia de alrededor de 1.1 a alrededor de 1.3 veces, y con máxima preferencia de alrededor de 1.1 a alrededor de 1.2 veces el espesor total de dos plantillas terminadas; (2) dividir la lámina de PU en dos mitades en dirección horizontal para obtener dos piezas de material de plantilla de PU, en donde una superficie del material tiene poros abiertos y la otra superficie del material tiene una capa; (3) adherir una pieza de tela sobre la superficie que tiene poros abiertos del material obtenido en la Etapa (2). La plantilla de espuma de PU producida mediante la invención tiene una baja densidad y una buena resiliencia, un aspecto de capa luminosa y brillante, y buena permeabilidad al aire, y la relación de utilización de la materia prima es alta durante la producción. La invención supera desventajas tales como una alta densidad y poca permeabilidad al aire de la plantilla de vaciado en molde, y puede mejorar la protección del medio ambiente durante la producción de la plantilla y cumplir con los requisitos en aumento por parte de los consumidores.
