Abstract

La presencia de o bien una fuente de calcio o bien una fuente de carbonato con xilanasas GH30 mejora significativamente la liberación de oligómeros de xilano del maíz y otros alimentos en comparación con las mismas xilanasas sin la fuente de calcio o carbonato. El pienso para animales y aditivos para pienso para animales que comprenden una combinación de uno o más polipéptidos que tienen actividad xilanasa; y una o más fuentes de calcio; y/o una o más fuentes de carbonato, en donde el polipéptido es una xilanasa GH30 que proporciona una liberación de xilano mejorada del alimento.
