Abstract

Se describe un montaje de sensor monolítico escalable, controlador y métodos de manufactura e instalación del mismo. El montaje de sensor incluye una cabeza de sensor dimensionada para atravesar completamente el diámetro del tubo, de tal manera que sus electrodos muestrean un voltaje indicativo del flujo completo del tubo a través de su diámetro. Se incluye un diseño de vástago mejorado que disminuye la fuerza de inserción y aumenta la estabilidad lateral de la cabeza de sensor. Se describe un dispositivo de inserción mejorado que provee inserción y rotación axial independientes. Se da a conocer un núcleo mejorado que minimiza interferencia de campos magnéticos y reduce costos de manufactura. Se describe un controlador mejorado que mejora la sensibilidad.
