Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al tratamiento de enfermedades asociadas con una respuesta inmune desregulada, tales como trastornos autoinmunes, enfermedades inflamatorias o respuestas inmunes patológicas como efectos adversos de tratamientos médicos. En particular, la invención proporciona un uso combinado de inhibidores de la serina/treonina-proteína quinasa 1 que interactúan con el receptor (RIPK1) y los inhibidores de inhibidor de ?B (I?B) quinasa (IKK) en sujetos que padecen tales trastornos.
