Abstract
En la presente se proporciona un proceso para la preparación de un catalizador y un catalizador que comprende más de una sílice. Por lo tanto, en una modalidad, la invención proporciona 5 un catalizador de FCC en partículas que comprende de alrededor de a alrededor de 60 % en peso de una o más zeolitas, de alrededor de 10 a alrededor de 45 % en peso de boehmita cuasicristalina (QCB), de alrededor de 0 a alrededor de 35 % en peso de boehmita microcristalina (MCB), más de alrededor de 0 a alrededor de 15 % en peso de sílice a partir de sílice coloidal estabilizada con sodio, más de alrededor de 0 a alrededor de 30 % en peso de sílice a partir de sílice coloidal estabilizada con sodio inferior o estabilizada con amoníaco, y la arcilla de balance, y el proceso para elaborarlo. Este proceso da como resultado catalizadores resistentes al desgaste con buen rendimiento.
